With a single flower, you can express to the receiver that you think they are considerate and thoughtful, yet a single long stem red rose can express love and affection. Therefore, it is not necessary that numbers bind you either. Giving someone three flowers is to reflect respect, whereas five flowers show affection, and seven express love. Yet, once again, a single long stemmed red rose can also express love.
